Ukiyo-e The Departure Of Boromir

The Elvish inscription reads as follows:

Oh, Boromir! From the high walls westward I looked afar.
But you came not from the empty lands where no men are.

It's written in a Japanese style of writing, so each letter is underneath each other.

The Kanji on the left reads: Lord of the Rings, and the kanji on the bottom right reads as : Pride
